All staff and administrators at Music Learning for Kids are required to keep all family, client and customer personal information and contact information private and confidential at all times. It is to be used solely for purposes pertaining to Music Learning for Kids. Specific student information, parental information, customer/client information or staff information is private and should not be discussed outside of Music Learning for Kids. Staff/administrators may be faced with a letter of reprimand up to and including possible dismissal in the event that information is shared or divulged and proven to compromise the privacy of any other Music Learning for Kids student, parent, staff, customer or client.
